Since 1988, Ken has held management positions
in a Big 4 public accounting firm and in a Fortune 50 company
as well as regional search firms as Recruiter, Team Leader
and Manager. He specializes in recruiting in the finance,
accounting, audit and tax areas and has considerable experience
working with real estate and financial service companies.
His background in full-service recruiting combined with his
industry experience makes him qualified to understand his
clients’ needs and assist them with their most difficult
staffing needs. Ken is a graduate of Cal State Long Beach
with a degree in Business Administration (emphasis in accounting). |

Cathy Cook
Principal |
Cathy has had extensive recruiting and
management experience, having held positions as Executive
Recruiter, Marketing Director and Branch Manager for large
international staffing firms to small boutique businesses.
Cathy has been specializing in placing accounting and finance
professionals since 1989. Prior to recruiting, Cathy worked
for a Fortune 50 Company as an Accounting Manager. Cathy prides
herself in partnering with her clients and candidates, utilizing
her accounting and recruiting knowledge to be a valuable resource
and develop long term relationships. Cathy is a graduate of
University of Redlands with a degree in Business Administration. |

Ryan Taylor
Executive Recruiter |
Ryan joined PWC as an Executive Recruiter in January 2008.
He brings over two years of Big 4 public accounting experience
with clients in the real estate, hospitality and health science
industries. In addition, he worked one year in private accounting
for a publicly traded healthcare IT company. His knowledge of
both the private and public sides of accounting and finance
enable him to understand and fully meet the expectations and
demands of both clients and candidates. Ryan has a Bachelor’s
Degree in Business Administration (emphases in accounting and
management) from Concordia University in Irvine. |

Robin McNatt
Executive Recruiter |
Robin recently joined PWC & Associates and brings over
15 years of experience heading up human resources and organizational
development for Nestlé Waters, J.F. Shea Co. Inc.
and The Merage School of Business, UC Irvine. She was recently
the Director of People for Restaurants on the Run in Aliso
Viejo. Robin is known for her unique approach in building
collaborative relationships and her passion for achieving
extraordinary results.
She is the co-leader of the National Human Resources Association
and American Society of Training & Development’s
Organizational Development Special Interest Group. She is
the founder of StyleLaughter, an improvisation acting troupe
that performs shows to raise money for non profits in Orange
County. Robin has a master’s degree in Labor and Industrial
Relations from the University of Illinois, Urbana- Champaign
and a Bachelor’s degree in Communication from the University
of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign.
